We provide refunds or replacements only for verified manufacturing defects.

We do not accept returns or replacements where damage results from:

• Drops

• Impact or pressure

• Improper installation

• Heat exposure

• Wear and tear

• Overloading or imbalance

• Incompatible pram setup

3. 3D-Printed Characteristics

Slight visual variations and surface textures are normal and not defects.

4. Reporting Issues

Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery, with photo evidence.

5. Returns Process

We may request a return for inspection.
Return postage may be at the customer’s expense.

6. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect legal consumer rights.
